INKspired Beauty Bar is a body sculpting and wellness studio located in Cape Coral, Florida. We offer non-invasive body sculpting treatments including EMS body sculpting, cavitation, radiofrequency skin tightening, lipo laser, vacuum therapy, and combination treatment packages.

All services are for general wellness and aesthetic purposes only. Our services are not medical treatments, are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition, and are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

You must be 18 years of age or older to book and receive services independently. Clients under 18 may receive services only with the written consent of a parent or legal guardian, who must be present during the consultation and may be required to be present during treatment.

By booking an appointment or submitting an inquiry, you represent that you meet these age requirements or have obtained appropriate parental or guardian consent.

Your safety is our priority. Prior to receiving services, you will be required to complete a health intake form disclosing relevant medical history, medications, allergies, contraindications, and other health information.

Certain conditions may disqualify you from receiving specific treatments, including but not limited to pregnancy, active cancer, pacemakers or electronic implants, certain skin conditions, open wounds, and others as determined during your consultation.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete health information
• Disclose any changes to your health status before each appointment
• Follow all pre- and post-treatment instructions provided
• Inform your service provider immediately if you experience discomfort during treatment

INKspired Beauty Bar reserves the right to decline or discontinue services at any time if we determine it is not safe or appropriate to proceed.

Appointments may be scheduled through our website, booking platform, phone, or email. By booking an appointment, you agree to our scheduling and cancellation policies as communicated at the time of booking.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

We ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee as outlined in our booking policy.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late for your appointment, your session may be shortened to avoid impacting other clients. Full service fees may still apply.

Our Right to Cancel

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to circumstances beyond our control, staff availability, or safety concerns. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you as soon as possible and offer an alternative appointment.

Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been agreed upon in writing. We accept payment methods as posted at our studio or booking platform.

Packages and Prepaid Services

Prepaid packages and service bundles are non-transferable and may not be shared with other individuals. Unused sessions in a package may be subject to an expiration period as communicated at the time of purchase.

Refunds

All sales are final unless otherwise required by applicable law. We do not offer refunds for completed services. Concerns about a service should be brought to our attention promptly so we can work to address them.

Results

Individual results from body sculpting treatments vary. We do not guarantee specific outcomes. Refunds will not be issued based on dissatisfaction with results when services were rendered as described.

We may take before-and-after photographs for internal documentation, progress tracking, and client records. We will not use identifiable client images for promotional purposes without a separate signed photo and media release.

You may be asked to sign a separate release if you consent to the use of your images for marketing, social media, or other promotional purposes. This consent is entirely voluntary and is not a condition of receiving services.

We are committed to providing a safe, welcoming, and professional environment for all clients and staff. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service to anyone who:

• Is disrespectful, abusive, or threatening toward staff or other clients
• Arrives under the influence of alcohol or substances
• Violates studio policies or these Terms of Service
• Engages in inappropriate conduct during a session

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, graphics, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to INKspired Beauty Bar LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, or use our content for any commercial purpose without our prior written permission.

Our website is provided for informational purposes. You agree not to:

• Use the website for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website or its systems
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Interfere with the operation of the website

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the website or any part of it at any time without notice.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless INKspired Beauty Bar LLC and its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your violation of these Terms, your use of our services, or your provision of inaccurate health or personal information.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Lee County, Florida.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
